Wedding Disco and DJ Prices

All events are a little different but I will try and give a reasonably clear guide to pricing...
I am a high quality profesional DJ and while I aim to be fun and affordable I do not "price match" or "price beat" against other DJs. In all likeihood anybody cheaper is not as skilled.
The price guide below includes a pre-event meeting to discuss your playlist suggestions and requirements, providing a quality sound system and lighting as well as me DJing.
** A very simple party or pub disco may be less. **
Sun to Thurs 7pm - 12pm £400
Fri 7pm to 12pm £450
Sat 7pm to 12pm £550
The above prices do not apply to bank holidays and assume easy access to the venue

Please just read these terms and conditions/booking info.
The disco requires at least one safe and undamaged double power socket where it is set up (but this seriously limits the amount of lighting). It ideally needs two. I have the right to vary equipment as need be.
Please note the disco takes an average of 1 hour to set up and 45 minutes to take down but this depends on your venue. Consider venue restrictions. For safety reasons I will not be rushed.
The disco needs an amount of room to set up. The disco kit has a minimum footprint of approx. 12 feet by 6ft (about an average size person lying down width wise and two people lying down length ways). This can be reduced but set up is compromised. Fire exits CANNOT be blocked.
No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received and all deposits are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this. All final payments are due 1 month before the event. If not, I have the right to assume you have cancelled the event if you cannot be contacted.
Please do not assume that you can swap the night and/or change the time after a deposit has been received. This might not be possible.
In the most unlikely event I could not attend your booking I will return your fee but I am not responsible for any difference in whatever fee you agree with a replacement DJ. This is industry standard.
If I feel it would be unsafe to DJ at your event or continue DJing at your event for any reason I have the right to refuse without penalty. I will not under any circumstances use potentially unsafe electrics. Again, this is industry standard.
While I pride myself on being quite a good DJ with a superb sound system and I really will work with you to meet your requirements I cannot offer absolute perfection...I don't think anyone can. If you are someone who wants their event to be absolutely perfect in every way imaginable I am the wrong DJ for you. I'm very much a can do guy with a lot of experience and skill... but like most people I am not perfect in every way.
