A deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. No contract or agreement to play exists until this is received. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder is due 3 months before your event please. 

Any playlists must be submitted no less than 3 weeks before your event.

The disco takes 90 minutes to set up and an hour to take down. 

The disco requires adequate space to set up. Approx. 10ft by 5ft (3 metres by 1.5metres)

A safe power supply is required where you require me to play. I require 2 double sockets exclusively for the disco.

If you intend me to play outside and/or on a generator this must be discussed at time of booking and I must receive full details in writing. 

I cannot play if fire exits are blocked.

Sometimes meals, speeches etc run late. I will do my best to work around you.

If for any reason I could not perform I am only liable to return any fee you have paid. If a replacement DJ costs more I am not responsible for this.

If final payments are not made on time a reminder will be sent, however, I have the right to accept another booking without refunding a deposit if payment is not made.

You are strongly advised to consider event insurance (which isn’t actually that expensive). If you were sick and your event could not go ahead this would pay your supplier costs for you allowing you to reschedule.

I am an easy going person who will do my best to work around any issues on the night but I need clients to ensure both they and their venue are aware of  my requirements regarding safety and set up.
